Hosting your Friendseder™ Gathering
There are endless ways to host a Friendseder™ gathering and that’s the beauty of it! Friendseder™ is all about making Passover your own, so whether you have a full Seder meal, a potluck pizza party, or a take a trip to your local sandwich shop to create your own Friendseder™ Sandwich, we’ll be here to support you along the way. Here are just a few steps to help you get started.
Where do I start?
1. Find Your People - Who are your people? Or more specifically, who are the people you’ll be with or inviting to your Friendseder™ table?
2. Make an Intention - Intentions can be great for creating meaningful gatherings. What’s bringing you to the table? What quality do you bring, or what quality experience are you excited to have with the people at your table?
3. Pick Your Ingredients* - This is the part when you will pick ingredients and build your Friendseder™. What foods, spreads, or spices represent your relationship with the people at your table? Does food play a critical role in a story you share? A cuisine? Or, gather your people first and then use The #Friendseder™ Sandwich activity to discover what you’ll eat together!
4. Share Your Story - Whether you’re using the #Friendseder™ Haggadah for a full Friendseder™ meal, or following the Sandwich Activity to guide your discussion, be sure to share your intentions and write this next chapter of your story together! Bon Appetit! Beteavon! Manja! Enjoy :)
